Capitol Vein & Laser Center is a subsidiary of Maryland Surgical Care which was established in 2000 when Dr. McNeill and Dr. Rosenberg joined in partnership to deliver the highest quality vascular surgical care to patients in Frederick and surrounding counties. Drs. McNeill and Rosenberg stay abreast of the latest procedures ad techniques to provide patients with the most innovative and progressive arterial and venous procedures. Their goal is to make the delivery of healthcare as safe as possible, less invasive and more satisfactory for our patients.

We are conveniently located at 77 Thomas Johnson Drive, Suite E. Our comfortable office is one of the finest vascular facilities in the area. Our practice is recognized as a national training center for the VNUS Closure procedure.
