On behalf of the Eighth International Vein Congress (IVC 2010) course directors, we thank you for your participation in this year’s congress, held May 13-15, 2010, at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. As we are sure you noticed, IVC 2010 broke all attendance records. With more than 600 attendees and nearly 200 exhibitor representatives on site, the meeting brought together the community of venous professionals for our largest meeting ever.
