- Dr. Paul McNeill & Garth Rosenberg will be instructing fellow physicians in a comprehensive 1.5 day workshop designed for physicians interested in learning both the clinical and business perspectives on developing and operating a vein practice. The course features didactic and lab sessions on the Closure procedure, sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy, and duplex ultrasound.
- September 26, 2008 Frederick, MD. Capitol Vein & Laser Center
- Drs McNeill & Rosenberg will be instructing a one day workshop designed for physicians interested in treating symptomatic incompetent perforating veins (IPVs) with the VNUS RFS device. With experience and knowledge specific to perforator vein ablation, they will introduce the system technology and procedure overview. The role of duplex ultrasound will also be presented. A literature review of treatment options for perforator vein incompetence will be conducted and personal observations by McNeill & Rosenberg will be discussed. All participants will have the opportunity to experience duplex ultrasound scanning on IPV patients in a laboratory setting and observe application of the RFS technique through live case observation.
